THE DALSON PARK STORY
Dalson Park is Brisbane’s premier riding school, close to Brisbane, Logan, and the Gold Coast. With quality coaches and educated horses teaching all levels to ride correctly and safety from the beginning, Dalson Park is the “go to” destination to learn to ride or hone your riding skills. Many adults who learned to ride as children at Dalson Park, now bring their family to learn to ride here too. If quality is what you are after, this is the riding school for you and your family.
Dalson Park coaches collectively have over 120′ years riding and equine experience. Dalson Park is the longest running riding school in Brisbane and has been operating as a riding school for over 38 years. Todd and Robyn bought the centre in 2000.
Dalson Park stands out from the rest because we have:

- Highly educated horses who have been trained to assist riders of all levels and experience
- Lessons available until 9pm at night, 4 days per week, perfect for riding after school and work

Dalson Park has Day Holiday camps for children and teens, covering all aspects of horse care and management. Dalson Park also offers frequent gymkhanas, dressage days, and adult social activities.

I count down the hours to my next riding lesson every week. The coaches are amazing and super friendly, and don’t just explain but also show you how to sit correctly and hold the reins and make sure you fully understand their instructions before moving to the next activity. The school horses, each with their own cute personalities, are superbly patient and quiet and are a joy to ride and work with.
Being in the last lesson of the day I also love how I am able to unsaddle and rug the horse I ride that lesson myself and if I need help, there is always a person working in the stables who guides me through the process.
